These Terms and Conditions govern:

The use of our website.
Requests for quotes, samples or information about our products.
Business relationships arising from the sale of industrial products: insulation, packaging, strapping and other industrial supplies.

All products are offered subject to availability and compliance with Mexican official standards (NOM) and technical specifications.

2. Information on the website

The information on this website is general and for informational purposes. Although we do our best to keep it current and accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or constant updating of the data, especially regarding prices, product availability or technical specifications.

Products shown may vary slightly in color, design or specifications depending on the manufacturer.

3. Quote requests and orders

Quotes are not a binding offer, but a commercial proposal subject to confirmation of availability and current commercial terms.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information (quantity, technical specifications, delivery location, etc.) for the quote.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include VAT unless stated.
Payment terms (credit, cash, advance payment) are agreed case by case and detailed in the corresponding purchase order or contract.
MATPA reserves the right to change prices without notice, depending on market conditions, suppliers or exchange-rate changes.

5. Shipping and delivery

Deliveries are made within Mexico, to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on inventory availability, customer location and logistics conditions.
MATPA is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, authorities, weather conditions, etc.).
The customer is responsible for inspecting the products upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Returns and warranties

Returns are subject to MATPA's prior written authorization.
Products must be in their original packaging, unused and with tags.
Custom, special or special-order products cannot be returned.
Warranties apply under the manufacturer's terms. MATPA acts as an intermediary in claims, but assumes no warranties beyond those established by the manufacturer.

7. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, designs, catalogs) is the property of MATPA or its authorized suppliers. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

MATPA shall not be liable for:

Direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the products.
Typographical errors or changes in technical specifications by manufacturers.
Improper use of the products by the customer.

9. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of them.
